How to locate a client's username and password
To find an client's username and password:
on the left side of the screen click "clients". There you will find a complete list of your enrolled client list.
click the administration icon for that client
on the bottom row of icons click on the icon that says "Print Letter for clients containing login information"
click the "Preview and Print Letter" button to download a .doc file with the users username and password. Attached is an example
It's important to note that LegalVault doesn't offer this information to clients directly. We request that clients request their login information from the sponsoring law firm.
