Locked out of my LegalVault account

If you are locked out of your account please send an email to support@legalvault.com with the subject being Locked out. In the body of the email please include your name and your member ID. A LegalVault representative will unlock your account within 24 hours.

Once your account is made accessible we suggest getting in touch with your LegalVault Law Firm and make sure you have the correct credentials to your account in order not to get locked out again.
