How to change client user's name in LegalVault?
In the legalvault portal a Firm is unable to change the name of a client user. If the client's name is misspelled please send an email to email@example.com
with the client's current name in LegalVault, the correct name spelling, and the client's member ID #.
We also suggest that you check and revise the user's username
, as the username is generated based on the entered first and last name and thus will most likely also be misspelled.
