Change username and password for LegalVault client user
We don’t supply passwords to law firm clients for security reasons. You know your clients better than we do and we wouldn’t want to give out a password to the wrong person.
Follow the below instructions to change a client's username and password:
- login to your site manager account
- search the client from the legalvault section by clicking "LegalVault" and then "Clients"
- click the documents and data icon for that client -
- click "Your Settings"
- click "Manage Access to my Account"
- in the "Update Username and Password section" you would be able to change the end user's username and or password
